Led the design and implementation of a Twilio-based messaging capability, covering message send/receive workflows, delivery status tracking, and operational guardrails. Built for real-world reliability: idempotency, retries, observability, and sane failure modes. The system integrates cleanly with internal services and supports iterative product changes without fragile rewrites.
